Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, real estate, or related fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with property owners, landlords, and real estate investors.
  • Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in managing a sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market, including familiarity with landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Flexibility to attend networking events, meetings, and presentations outside standard business hours as needed.

 

Leasing Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our property management team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental homes, showcasing properties, conducting thorough screenings, and ensuring smooth lease signings. Your excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to build positive relationships with both tenants and property owners will be essential in this role.   • Knowledge of local housing laws, regulations, and fair housing practices
