In cases of repeated missed payments, we follow a structured approach that includes clear communication with the tenant, exploring possible solutions, and if necessary, taking appropriate legal actions as per the lease agreement and local laws, always with the aim of resolving the situation amicably and professionally.

What are the consequences for tenants who consistently fail to pay rent?

Consistent failure to pay rent is addressed seriously. We first attempt to resolve the issue through communication and negotiation. If these efforts do not yield results, we proceed according to the lease terms and applicable laws, which may include formal notices and, as a last resort, initiation of eviction proceedings.
